The Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee officially kicked off the launch of the region’s FIFA World Cup 2026™ festivities, hosting the Official Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Kickoff Party at the iconic Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum at Exposition Park.
Overlooking the site of the Official FIFA Fan Festival™ Los Angeles taking place this week from June 11-14, the celebration brought together soccer legends, celebrities, business leaders, and ChampionLA supporters as Los Angeles prepares to welcome fans from around the world during the historic tournament.
Emceed by Entertainment Tonight’s Kevin Frazier, the evening brought together a star-studded lineup of guests including President of FIFA Gianni Infantino, Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Community Ambassadors Will Ferrell, Eva Longoria, Cobi Jones, and Mia Hamm, and more celebrities. The celebration also featured a special performance by GRAMMY Awarding winning artist Melissa Etheridge, underscoring the excitement, energy, and global impact of FIFA World Cup 2026™ as the tournament officially begins this week across North America.
