The Los Angeles World Cup 2026 Host Committee is actively collaborating with FIFA’s Local Supplier Program team to identify, vet, and select LA-based companies that meet the needs of the tournament. Before submitting the Interest Form below, please review the list of event production business disciplines that FIFA, the Host Committee, and World Cup event partners are sourcing. Also, please review the criteria below to confirm that your company and services meet FIFA’s event requirements.

PROGRAM CRITERIA
- Business is the direct source of the goods & services provided or produced
- Business has an established office/workspace in the Greater Los Angeles area since 2022
- Business is event-ready and has the capacity to work on contracts related to FIFA World Cup 26™ immediately
- Business is in good standing with the Secretary of State for the State of California

Who qualifies for the FIFA Local Impact Supplier Program?
FIFA World Cup 2026 is looking for event production subcontractors to help activate the events and activities surrounding the matches. Interested businesses must meet the program criteria (see above), be experienced in working large-scale events, and have the capacity to work high-end and fast-paced events. Your company needs to be event ready.
I’ve filled out the FWC26 Interest Form, now what happens?
A review committee will evaluate each interest form. Companies that meet the program’s criteria, fall within the requested business disciplines, have relevant event experience, and the capacity to start work immediately will be shared with FIFA procurement leaders and event producers.
The FWC26 procurement process is buyer-driven. Your company will be contacted by FIFA’s prime contractors or event producers if they want to learn more about your company or inquire about your interest in bidding.
All interest forms will be kept on file should future opportunities arise.
What does it mean if the product or service I provide is not listed in the business disciplines?
The goods and services listed under FIFA’s business disciplines are the products requested by the event organizers. They represent the subcontracting services most likely needed to produce World Cup events in the Los Angeles region. There is no guarantee that additional products or services will be required beyond those listed in the interest form, nor are there any assurances that goods and services will be purchased from the categories specified.

Can I list more than one service or product?
It is recommended that each supplier list one service or product. List the one thing that your company excels at or makes you stand out in some way. If you receive an RFP, you will get an opportunity to showcase other aspects of your business.
How can I improve my chances of being selected for a contract?
We encourage business owners to be responsive, honest, and flexible when working with major event teams.
- First Impressions – Make sure your website and social media platforms align and showcase your most current work and accomplishments.
- Be Prepared – Program your email inbox to accept anything that contains the words “FIFA” or World Cup.” Don’t let opportunities go to SPAM.
- Communication is Key – Clear out your voicemail regularly and check it daily. Contractor calls that aren’t answered become opportunities for others.
